Walking

In Idaho falls we have the beautiful green belt. Popular for walking, feeding ducks, hanging out and enjoying the sunshine. My sister an I have been walking around the river almost every morning. It's a nice way to start the day. Can't wait till the summer then our freezing mornings won't be so cold! Since January I started to eat healthier and Iccu almost made the 10 lbs mark! I'm so excited! I have a slim fast for breakfast and lunch with nuts and fruit in between. When I first started I felt like I was starving myself! Now my body is used to it and I can make it till
Dinner time. My sweet tooth and cravings have gone down and it
Feels so good. Can't wait
To loose another 10!

me a new iPhone to daycare! And yes I'm the worlds #1 daycare teacher, blogging at work. But hey it's Friday and there is one kid left till I'm free. But I'm excited now to blog from my phone since we are such on the go people. So this post is just a little test.

Girls camp is coming!

Well, not really. its in july BUT I just cant wait for it! Its just my favorite part of being in Young Womens!!
Every year the stake does a first aid certification night well before camp just to get it done and out of the way. Which leads to more time at camp to do fun things!
I bought zebra print bandaids at Micheals a month or so ago totally thinking of girls camp and how the girls would love it! I typed a "Save the date" reminder for the girls and their parents about girls camp and the certification night. Hopefully this will be a good reminder and we get all the girls to come!

New Beginings

I am the Young Womens President in my ward and we have New Beginnings coming up! Our theme is going to be " Miss Teen Modest" We are going to do a Miss America type pageant! Between all of us leaders we rounded up formal modest prom-type dresses for all the girls!

Each Miss Teen contestant will be a name of a Value. We have 11 girls and 8 Values so our Laurel President will be our announcer, and we will have an, "Arise" and a "Shine Forth" The girls will all have sashes for the color value they are. Arise, and Shine Forth will be different shades of pink.

The announcer will introduce each contestant and she will walk across the stage and do a Miss America wave. Our class Presidencies helped us come up with some clever ideas! Like for Virtue, She likes to keep boys at a distance and thinks they have cooties. She refuses to go on a date until she is 16 even tho she is hot stuff! The announcer will then ask them a question. For Choice and Accountability is "how do you keep yourself from temptation?" answer- "By praying, looking at my CTR ring and know the consequences before doing them.

it Will all be so fun! Im getting really excited for our NewBeginings!

 This Dress was one of my sisters from a dance, it was not very modest so i just sewed on some sleves to it to make it a modest dress.

I started a Etsy shop back in feb.  Im really creative and crafty (atleast I think I am) so I decided why not try to sell some stuff? Well... So far I havnt even had ONE person look at my shop! And not that anyone reads my blog but I do read tons of blogs so maybe I will get luck and someone will notice! Im starting out small with just some necklaces to see if I can even make it in the Etsy world.

Back in I think May we decided to book a flight to Vegas for our ann. in November. for 4 years of marital bliss :) Let me tell you what a deal these tickets were! in Idaho Falls we usually have to drive allll the way to Salt Lake to get a flight if we want it to be cheap. nope, not this time. 30 dollars on the way there, 20 dollas onthe way back!! soo that was a total of about 200 for both of us! score!

The weather there was just perfect!  We took a couple hour drive and went down to Death Valley, it was soo beautifull! I just loved it.

evryyear on our anniversary we go to the temple. We make this a tradtion so we can remember our wonderful wedding day. This time instead of Idaho Falls Temple we went to the Vegas Temple. Weird right? In sin city and we go to the Temple. So worth it.

We were able to rest alot. sleep in, eat good food (ate at in-n-out 3 times) it was just all a great trip! Im glad we got to go away for a little while! I love my Spouse (this is his nick name I give him) so much and im excited to spend the rest of eternity with him!
